Hi, I’m Ruth hermida.

I consider myself a healer, seeker, and lover of all things spiritual with the physical body. I started my career in the medical field as a dental hygienist for over 24 years, passionately helping others and learning all I could about our bodies.  This brought so much satisfaction and joy to my life but there was always something inside me that yearned for a deeper understanding of the body.  I encountered many roadblocks when dealing with the physical body and the Western medical system.   The mouth may be one aspect of the body, but it is interwoven within our body as a whole, not limited to our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies. This physical vessel is just the interpretation of all those things combined into a physical form. We are constantly in motion as light ENERGY waves.

As I moved through my own health issues I kept trying traditional, alternative, supplements, and diet, tests after test… you name it, I tried it. My body was reacting to all the things I tried and my reactions and symptoms just got worse. It wasn’t till I started to understand the deepest level started with our consciousness and energy.

I soon found myself gravitating towards old teachings and seeking wisdom that I felt so deep in my soul were the missing pieces.   It was as if I was reconnecting back to a part of me that already knew this information from the beginning.  I started to notice patterns when working with patients and understanding their mental, and physical health. As I studied deeper I could read so much about what was going on with my patients not just in their mouths, but in their bodies as a whole.  

When we are out of harmony with who we are designed to be we may start to show symptoms of:

• undiagnosed dis-eases

• allergies

• food sensitivities

• inflammation

• anxiety/depression/addictions

• autoimmune conditions

• sleep issues

This may be caused by beliefs or programing etc that we have been exposed to from society or anncestoral etc. Also all of the outside interferences such as toxins, EMFs, and chemicals that we are constantly bombarded with. These are just some things to name a few. Understanding that our bodies are always speaking to us if we listen…sometimes it may even feel like the body is screaming out to us. 

Using a purely sourced energy coming from God/Creator I am then able to help assist my clients with shifting out of dis-ease, illness, inflammation, allergies, sensitivities, you name it! Or another way of looking at it may be when we are resistant to something or hold onto any dense energies (maybe traumas, beliefs, dense emotions) that are not resonating on the same frequency as our divine nature this ends up getting trapped within our bodies.  We can also be stuck in pain cycles or loops from the past that are preventing us from fully living.  All of our memories and emotions that are not fully processed are recorded in the nervous system…like a folder in your computer.

I believe we have been stuck in old loops and beliefs for so long that our bodies are SO out of harmony with who we were meant to be.  This is why I believe disease and illness are so rampant.  We’ve created so much resistance within our bodies that has built up over the years/generations. 

I truly believe healing all aspects of your being is the key to unlocking the secret door to our health and vitality.

Working with energy, we are literally working with the simple essence of our being.
